Based in Seattle, Washington, Marlene Scott serves as program lead with Experis on a long term T-Mobile contract and guides TMO system-focused operations, resource planning, and consultant on-boarding activities. Previously guiding her own consultancy, Marlene Scott provided clients in the aerospace, retail, and construction management sectors with a host of contingency recruiting and consulting services.
Ms. Scott completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at Wheaton College in Norton, Washington, and joined Accenture in the late 1990s as a regional HR operations lead and technology recruiter. She guided campus recruitment activities and also led HR operations team training across locations in Seattle, Phoenix, and Detroit.
Ms. Scott subsequently served as teaching and parenting coach at Magnolia Cooperative School for several years and rejoined Accenture as a technology recruiter in 2010. Her consistent results in exceeding hiring targets earned her a top ranking within the firm’s nationwide recruitment organization. Community focused, Ms. Scott has tutored computer basics through Union Gospel Mission and facilitated the PEP Program for early parenting support.
