A health care turnaround and restructuring executive with extensive legal experience, Martin Price is the founder of The Annalex Group and previously served as COO at Alteon Health. Through two years at Alteon Health, Martin Price oversaw the large-scale integration and transformation of 10 different, multi-faceted health care delivery enterprises into a single entity to support cost savings and economic growth. This involved recruiting a new national management team in addition to partnering with its board of directors and sponsors to develop its governance strategy, equity structure and realignment, and other financial matters.
Among other accomplishments in this role, Mr. Price restructured and integrated more than 20 health and wellness and 401k benefit programs into consolidated, compliant, and self-funded plans while reducing corporate costs by as much as 40 percent year-over-year. He also helped standardize and optimize cross-functional processes such as payroll, applicant tracking and recruiting, and scheduling via various IT initiatives.
Mr. Price has also served in executive roles at Millennium Health and Hogan Lovells, LLP, and worked as an associate at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, LLP. He earned a juris doctor degree from George Washington University Law School and holds a master's degree in economics from Duke University.
