Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Marty Goodman is the president of Henderson Properties Inc., a real estate development firm that he has owned and operated since 2013. He also owns and manages Nautical Beach LLC, which he established in 2011. Marty Goodman possesses a wide base of knowledge about real estate, with two decades of experience in the industry. He spent 12 years as chief executive officer of Viewridge Avenue/RC Capital, through which he purchased and managed hundreds of real estate assets in San Diego. He also founded LoanMLS, Inc., an online platform for buying and selling real estate loans.

In 2004, Marty Goodman established Mortgage Income Fund, LLC, which was a $150 million private equity fund for real estate loan assets. He has also written several books, including “Earning High Yield in a Low Yield World,” and published several articles on the real estate industry. He earned his bachelor of science from Miami University and a master of business administration from the University of San Diego, where he graduated as valedictorian. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
