Mary Gregor is the trustee for Meadows and Mountains Trust. She has served in this role since the inception of the organization in 1993. Mary Gregor manages the trust’s affairs and handles all the buying, selling, and advertising while working to achieve the goals of the organization. She has sole responsibility for the trust.
As the trustee, Ms. Gregor has executed a number of environmental conservation gifts to the Forest Society of Maine, an environmental program based in Bangor, to protect valuable forest properties from development. She was awarded a plaque of appreciation from the Forest Society in 2008. In addition to her work with the Forest Society, she contributes to her local food pantry, a children’s theater, and a hospital foundation fund.
In high school, Ms. Gregor was a member of the National Honor Society. She later earned a bachelor of science in plant and soil sciences from the University of Maine in Orono. She remains self-employed as a real estate investor.
Now a grandmother, Ms. Gregor is an avid photographer of wildlife. She enjoys fishing, canoeing, and taking her dog for walks in the woods.
