Besides his background in radio, Max Edelsack had the opportunity to travel throughout the United States while employed by a California-based rock band’s national tour. He helped the band sell merchandise like t-shirts and provided general assistance whenever needed. On the tour, he most enjoyed visiting major cities like San Francisco and Boston. He founded that the cities with the best food were those nearest to the ocean.

In addition to his education at Marist College, Mr. Edelsack studied at the National Bartenders School. He ultimately graduated to become a nationally licensed bartender.
