After earning his bachelor of arts in economics (cum laude) from New York University, Maxim Yutsis enrolled at the University of Michigan (UMich) Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, where he received a Samuel Zell and Robert H. Lurie Institute Dare to Dream Grant for Entrepreneurial Studies. Maxim Yutsis earned his master of business administration degree from UMich with academic focuses in finance, accounting, and strategy.
Over the course of a career that has spanned two decades, Maxim Yutsis worked for a variety of New York City financial services firms. He has also provided consulting services for several large organizations, including Microsoft and the United States Agency for International Development.
Mr. Yutsis has served as president and chief executive officer of Max Tax Holdings since founding this New York City-based company 5 years ago. Under his direction, Max Tax Holdings owns and operates 40 Jackson Hewitt locations across three US states.
