A distinguished business executive, Maxwell Mulholland spent a decade in the U.S. Navy serving as a decorated engineering officer in the U.S. Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program with a Top Secret US government security clearance. His many honors included the Navy Commendation Medal, the Federal German Military Cross of Honor, the Armed Forces Services Medal, the Sea Service Ribbon, and Overseas Service Ribbon, and others. Honorably discharged in 1993, Maxwell Mulholland has published several articles on diplomatic and naval history.
After leaving military service, Mr. Mulholland earned an MBA at Harvard Business School. In the course of the past twenty-five years he has worked at smaller companies such as American Superconductor and Herren Associates, as well as at large multinational firms including Accenture, Teledyne Technologies, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Accenture named him "Independent Consultant of the Year" and Teledyne honored him as "Sales Executive Over-Achiever of the Year".
Mr. Mulholland now directs M+M Strategic Enterprises, LLC, where he develops and implements innovative growth strategies for a diverse range of business clients. With a focus on leadership, integrity, and excellence, he specializes in handling challenging situations and bringing structure and order to chaotic environments. His passion is building, growing, and scaling businesses, and he has a long track record of success in doing so, both on the industry/executive side as well as on the consulting/advisory side.
