Trained in both engineering and organizational management, Mayer Separzadeh holds a master of science in electrical engineering and business administration from England’s Queen Mary University of London. For the past 38 years, he has spearheaded a range of entrepreneurial ventures in real estate development and other fields of business. Mayer Separzadeh’s real estate experience includes investment in projects that range from single-family homes to highrise complexes.

Mr. Separzadeh has served as president and sole owner of Los Angles-based Action Investment Group since 1990. This company concentrates primarily on the acquisition and improvement of buildings and land throughout southern California and Nevada.

In addition to his leadership role with Action Investment Group, Mayer Separzadeh serves as general partner/managing member of dozens of limited partnerships and limited liability companies including Innovative Capital Holdings, MS Venture Capital, and No Ho Investment. He also sits on the board of directors and holds shares in more than a dozen businesses that include the water bottling company Deep Seawater International and the European PVC pipe manufacturer KEM One SAS.
