John Matheson is a candidate for Mayor of Malden, his lifelong home. He has been an attorney since 2001 and has served on the Malden City Council since 2009, where he was elected president in 2015. John's campaign focusses squarely on the quality of life for residents, such as fixing roads and improving waste and recycling. Instead of more apartments, which are overcrowded our schools, roads, and parks, Matheson prioritizes business growth and thriving squares, so that Malden will no longer miss the opportunities of this strong economy.
