A certified LEED Green Associate through the US Green Building Council, Mehrdad Javaherian has established himself as a respected expert in the fields of environmental remediation and public health. He holds degrees in civil and environmental engineering, public health, and a doctor of philosophy in environmental epidemiology. He is licensed Professional Engineer in CA and is trained and certified in Construction Quality Management by the US Army Corps of Engineers. One of Mehrdad Javaherian’s key industry accomplishments is the development and employment of a revolutionary VEG (vapor energy generator) technology to remediate contaminated soil at multiple commercial and federal project sites across the US.
Between 2006 and 2017, Mehrdad Javaherian served as president and CEO of LRM Consulting in the San Francisco Bay Area suburb of Burlingame. He currently serves as Technical Director of the Sustainable Remediation Practice for Endpoint Consulting in downtown San Francisco. In this capacity, Mehrdad Javaherian continues to serve a range of government agencies as well as multiple commercial clients, while maintaining an active role as a publisher and contributor to The Environmental Public Health Today, a web-based collaboration of environmental public health leaders with publications targeting academia, industry, and private sectors.
