• Providing IT Desktop services to handle day to day incidents and requests
• Providing user account and access rights management ensuring accessibility of IT resources and maintaining high security measures.
• Providing IMAC/D services, Install Move Add and Change/Disposal activities which are also encompass the entire asset lifecycle.
• Providing Deployment services that cover the mass rollout of new SW versions, operating system upgrades and bulk hardware replacement.
