For year’s Mel has been an advocate for developing and implementing performance improvement strategies with executive coaching, facilitating mastermind peer boards, and teaching sales training and soft skills with his sister company, Prosperity Logic. He brings over 25 years of leadership experience with management roles in the financial services industry, manufacturing, and the military. He is also a certified Book Yourself Solid® Certified Coach.

Based on this experience and seeing business executives struggle to implement SEO and social media management effectively, he chose to add this strategy to the product his organizational consulting and executive coaching services with Loud Pipes SEO.

He earned his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Martin’s University and his Bachelors of Science Degree (BS) in Workforce, Education, and Development from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Mel is a U.S Navy Submarine Veteran and is actively involved in several veteran organizations. When he is not working or spending time with his beautiful wife, Stacy, and daughter, Madison, he is out riding his Harley. And when weather and convention permit, Mel rides a Harley to visit clients. His Harley's are as much a part of Mel as the business and marketing savvy he brings to his clients.
