The owner of Miami’s Cornerstone Campus Communities since 2012, Meredith Trattler has overseen the development of several large multifamily and mixed-use student housing projects. After doing due diligence on every property investment opportunity, she handles all aspects of the development process, from zoning and government approvals to the overhaul of existing structures and the stabilization of real estate assets in order to ensure profitable returns. Projects spearheaded by Meredith Trattler include The Crest at Waterford Lakes in Orlando, and 270 unit project in Alabama.

Meredith Trattler also owns and operates Good Times Office Supply & Coffee Service, a one-stop shop for more than 55,000 general office and building maintenance products. Since founding this Miami-based company more than two decades ago, Ms. Trattler has expanded operations into 14 different states. Clients of Good Times include a range of professional offices, commercial buildings, retail organizations, property management associations, and academic institutions.
