An accomplished Minnesota business leader he serves as principal of Golden Valley, a financial services firm that focuses on the importance of life insurance as a reliable economic tool. His previous life insurance experience included 23 years as a self-employed agent and four years as an agent with Northwestern Mutual Life in Saint Paul. Michael Antonello also worked as a freelance concert violinist, performing many live concerts and releasing 18 acclaimed albums.
Mr. Antonello lives in the Twin Cities suburb of New Brighton, where he remains passionately interested in music as well as other forms of art. In recognition of his philanthropic activities, Minnesota’s MacPhail Center for Music has named a music hall after him. In addition to hosting musical performances, this hall displays many pieces from his private collection of modern impressionistic art. Beyond his artistic pursuits, he loves to get outside to go fishing or snowmobiling.
