An underwriting manager with Chicago-based Destiny Mortgage Group for nearly a decade, Michael Bulmash assists home buyers in securing loans to suit their individual needs and circumstances. Leveraging extensive experience and deep knowledge of industry policies and procedures, Michael Bulmash of Chicago submits loans to approved lenders, issues preapprovals, and directs loans to specific banks and lending programs.

In his role with Destiny Mortgage Group, Mr. Bulmash oversees a team of mortgage professionals and reports directly to senior executives. In addition to being named a Destiny Mortgage Employee of the Quarter several times, he was part of the team that received Destiny Mortgage Branch of the Year in 2016.

Michael Bulmash attended Wheeling High School in Illinois, where he competed on the school’s football and track teams. Physically active in his free time, Mr. Bulmash enjoys playing basketball and coaching youth baseball and basketball. He also hosts annual block parties for his neighbors.
