A former officer in the United States Navy, Michael Cox served for 13 years, during which he was a member of the underwater construction teams. While still serving Michael Cox attended Saint Leo University in Florida, where he earned a bachelor of arts in business administration.

After completing his service with the Navy, he joined Brand Energy Solutions, where he was a regional director and vice president of the southeast division. In the position, Mr. Cox led a team of 550 people across four locations. In the five years in held the role, he helped grow annual revenues from $19 million to over $60 million.

In 2015, Michael Cox joined Austin Industrial, where he first served as vice president of the specialty services division. Over three years, he led 700 employees while quadrupling annual revenue, obtaining several multi-million-dollar contracts.

He subsequently became Austin Industrial’s president and chief operating officer, roles he held for two years before becoming the president of Mesa Line Services. In his current position, Mr. Cox manages 1,000 employees across four states.
