Michael Moshan may be best known for his work on Rock the SAT, a musical study guide for students in order to memorize crucial SAT-type vocabulary. Rock the SAT is a collection of alternative rock songs (13) that combine original hard-driving music with vocabulary students need to know to succeed on the SAT exam. Rock the SAT was released in 2004 and subsequently rose to the top 2 of Amazon's best sellers. Rock the SAT, Volume 2 was released in 2015, adding six more songs to the Rock the SAT library.
Michael Moshan is a musician outside of his work with Rock the SAT as well. An accomplished pianist/organist, he has played with the band Brother Josephus and the Love Revolution. Today, his extracurricular activities center on his interests in sports. Mr. Moshan leads a group of more than 80 advanced tennis players in Brooklyn in Mccarren Tennis' Advanced Tennis Ladder and was a early pioneer in growing the tennis community there.
Mr. Moshan holds a BA in political science from Washington University in St. Louis, where he also played tennis. He also earned a JD from the Cardozo School of Law in New York.
