A longtime resident of New York City, Michael Paul D'Alessio completed his undergraduate education at Pace University where he earned a bachelor of business administration with a concentration in accounting. After graduation, he entered the accounting field with the Manhattan offices of Ernst & Young. Driven by his lifelong interest in architecture and construction, Mr. D'Alessio ultimately shifted his professional focus to the field of real estate development, returning to the academic environment to obtain a real estate development certificate from New York University.

For the past 20 years, Mr. D'Alessio has served as chief executive officer of Michael Paul Enterprises - a general contracting and construction management firm with headquarters in White Plains, New York. His work with the firm includes the development of multiple mixed-use retail strip malls in the Bronx and single-family townhouses in Manhattan. He has also overseen the construction of more than 100 custom-built homes throughout Westchester County and the Hamptons.
