Since 2008, Michael “Mike” Vasaturo has served as chief financial officer of New Haven Terminal, Inc., based in New Haven, Connecticut. In this role, he remains responsible for the company’s finances, operations, and human resources. Prior to this position, he worked for Logistec USA, Inc., also in New Haven. During 12 years at this company, Michael Vasaturo worked as its regional vice president, vice president of operations, and vice president of finance.

Michael Vasaturo first began working with New Haven Terminal in 1989, when he spent seven years as the treasurer and controller. He dealt with all the financial areas of the company’s business, including risk management and cash management. Before that, he spent more than a decade as a senior manager for Ernst and Young as well as Alexander Grant.

Mike Vasaturo earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John’s University in Queens, New York. While there, he earned several varsity letters in cross country and track and field. He also went on to earn his CPA designation after beginning his career in accounting.
