Mike Jennings is a Wellesley, MA resident who held responsibilities with a financial enterprise as managing director for many years. Now retired, Mike Jennings stays active through community activities that include participating in the Pan-Mass Challenge, the Dana Farber Cancer Institute's cycling fundraiser.
Mr. Jennings has a longstanding interest in the forestry traditions of New England and is a Vermont Woodlands Association member. His areas of knowledge include building timber-frame barns, producing maple syrup, and working with wood.
As an undergraduate, Mr. Jennings attended Middlebury College in Vermont, where he competed on the ski and lacrosse teams. He continues to have a strong interest in sports and is a fan of professional teams such as the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots.
Over the years, Mr. Jennings has served on local task forces in support of a stadium and playing fields in his local MA area. These consistent, results-driven efforts earned him the Wellesley Townsman Top Ten Award in 2009 and 2016.
