Based in New York City, Mike Winston is an experienced professional in the Finance industry. In 2012 he founded Sutton View Capital, a hedge fund sponsor and advisor. The company has been a part of various activist litigations.

Mike earned his BA in Economics from Cornell University. He later went on to get his MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School. While at Cornell Winston studies abroad for a year at the London School of Economics. He also completed the school’s highly competitive program in Value Investing at Columbia.

He started his professional journey with Credit Suisse First Boston, where he joined the equity research department as part of the #1 team covering the telecom sector, ranked by Institutional Investor Magazine.
