A former vice president for Rockwood Capital and head of investments for Innovo Property Group, Mo Beler possesses an extensive background in debt and equity solutions. Leveraging more than 15 years of experience in the real estate investment industry, Mo Beler founded a boutique advisory firm called the Beler Advisory Group, which was later acquired by Walker and Dunlop.
Following the acquisition, he was appointed senior managing director for the firm’s New York City capital markets debt and equity team. In this role, Mo Beler works alongside former colleagues, including Aaron Appel and Adam Schwartz. He holds an accounting and finance degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Outside of his work in real estate investment and financing, Mr. Beler is active with several nonprofit groups. He works with several organizations that serve underprivileged youth, including the Westchester Music Conservatory and Big Brothers Big Sisters. He is also a contributing member of the Sunrise Association, a charity that organizes day camps for children battling pediatric cancer and their siblings.
