Hi! My name is Monica Agana. I have a Masters of Science in Mathematics from Boise State University. I am a Certified Personal Trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine, currently a personal trainer at The Mecca Gym in Meridian, Idaho, a 52kg/57kg Powerlifter, Figure Competitor, Lifetime Drug-Free Athlete, and a certified USAPowerlifting (USAPL) State Referee.
I continually strive to stay educated with science-based nutrition and programming methods in order to help others achieve a more sustainable approach becoming and staying physically fit, growing stronger, and/or improving body composition.
Back in 2012, I fell unquestionably in love with eating well, building muscle and strength, and the entire concept of the fitness lifestyle.
5 years later, I push my mind and body to limits that I never thought I could achieve, and I am always striving to keep and find that balance between life and what I love to do, everyday.
I am dedicated to advocating, sharing my knowledge, and helping others in this lifestyle through the hands-on coaching experience you’ll receive.
I believe that making a sustainable change in your life, for the awesome human you already are, will help you find that potential you never knew you had in you.
Challenging and pushing yourself to become better than yesterday will give you credence to achieve anything else in all aspects of your life.
