Moshe Azoulay is a Dallas entrepreneur who maintains an extensive portfolio of properties including multifamily homes, offices, and warehouses. After moving from Israel to the United States in 1968, Moshe Azoulay established the company American Garment Finishers Corporation in the mid-1980s and expanded it into an operation that achieved status as the largest jean finishing facility worldwide.

Mr. Azoulay started in real estate in 1989 and presently owns and manages several million square feet of properties in regions that range from Eastern Europe to Asia. Skyrise Properties, his holding firm, has taken a majority partner position in the high-profile Richardson, Texas, "Eastside" project. In addition, he co-owns Fobare Commercial, which maintains oversight of more than two dozen Texas shopping centers and office buildings.

Mr. Azoulay is also co-owner of the Austin high-security technology enterprise RF Code, which works in partnership with Yet2Venture and Intel. Additionally, he co-owns Ampurius Holdings Limited, which is based in the UK and pursues diversified investments. In 2019, Moshe Azoulay’s firm was able to deploy real-time monitoring solutions at one of the leading data centers north of London.
