Entrepreneur, Nabila Khashoggi is a mother of two who created the idea for her Spartan & the Green Egg book series while trying to entertain her eldest son. When her son was a toddler, his favorite toy was a green rubber egg. Nabila Khashoggi used this toy as inspiration to create improvisational tales about a boy, Spartan, who traveled across Earth with his friends in a green egg who happened to be an alien from an other planet.

Currently, four volumes of the ten book Spartan & the Green Egg Series series are published. The subtitled A Trip to the Rainforest, The Reefs of Mindoro Island, Adventure at Wadi Allaqi, and The Poachers of Tiger Mountain, respectively. A portion of the sales from the Spartan & the Green Egg series supports Children for Peace (ONLUS). From its headquarters in Italy, this charitable nongovernmental organization assists children in need around the world.

In addition to her work as an author, Ms. Khashoggi stands out as the owner of Nabila K Cosmetics. Her company produces cruelty-free cosmetics and home goods for the luxury market.
