An experienced school and district administrator, Nadine Eiring has held leadership roles with both public and private institutions. She joined the principal candidate pool for the New York City Department of Education in 2016, having previously served the district as educational analyst and director in the Office of Pupil Transportation. Nadine Eiring took on this role following service as principal of Brooklyn's Children's Center for Early Learning, where she advocated for the implementation of an Early Reading First program.

Nadine Eiring took on this role with experience in early education for children with and without disabilities. She led as principal of the Personal Touch Early Intervention Program in Fresh Meadows, New York, and in this capacity developed a sensory-integration gymnasium for preschool and elementary age children with special needs. She was also the executive director of the West Hills Montessori School, which she subsequently served in a consultancy role.

In more recent years, Nadine Eiring has worked with the Plainview Old Bethpage Central School District, which she joined as director and went on to serve as assistant to the superintendent. She later was the director of operations for Gersh Academy, a school for children who have autism.
