An accomplished civic improvement volunteer in Austin, Texas, Nancy Naeve has completed a number of significant projects with multiple community organizations in the neighborhood and census-designated place of Lost Creek. Her major accomplishments over her 45 years as an Austin resident include helping to establish two new public parks, the Lost Creek Bouldevard Park and the Boulder Trail Park. Nancy Naeve also leveraged a Travis County, Texas bond referendum to secure highly limited and much sought-after funds to build a network of sidewalks in Lost Creek.
In addition to her service with the Lost Creek Municipal Utility District and the Lost Creek Garden Club, Ms. Naeve has served tenures as treasurer, vice president, and president of the Lost Creek Neighborhood Association (LCNA). Her work with the LCNA ranged from spearheading curb number painting and highway median beautification efforts to writing newsletter articles on subjects such as Texas Forest Service fire safety tips.
