After earning her bachelor of arts in business administration and women’s studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Nancy Oriola began her career as a certified financial planner with Winslow & Associates. Over her decade with this Albuquerque-based financial consultancy, Nancy Oriola completed comprehensive work with Desert State Life Management Services, a nonprofit organization that provides a range of life-planning and conservator/trust services.
Nancy Oriola gained additional experience in the world of eldercare and associated financial oversight as the financial manager of the Adult Services Program at Albuquerque’s La Familia-Namaste. While overseeing a range of financial and clinical operations for La Familia-Namaste, she returned to the academic arena to obtain her master of social work with a focus on mental health from New Mexico Highlands University in Rio Rancho.
Ms. Oriola currently holds executive posts with three different companies in the Albuquerque eldercare industry. She has served as CEO of Decades since 2001, president of the Care Management Group of New Mexico since 2014, and CEO of the Aging Life Network since 2017.
