A honors graduate of Oregon State University, Naymon Frank holds a bachelor of arts in sociology. During his undergraduate years, he competed on the school’s Division I football team and helped it achieve victory in four bowl games, including the Las Vegas Bowl, the Emerald Bowl, and the Sun Bowl. After his graduation, Naymon Frank spent several years as a state trooper with the Oregon State Police, where he received the Oregon Department of Public Safety and Standards Defense Tactics Award.

After he held several management positions with the retailers Target and UNIQLO, Frank joined Rocksolid, LLC, as a regional sales manager in 2015. In this position, he leads west-coast sales for the soft-shell football helmet distributor and consults on various projects designed to make football safer at all levels of the game. Naymon Frank also works as an owner advisor with Tesla’s Fashion Island location. In recognition of his standout performance, he is consistently recognized as a top owner advisor in Southern California.
