A lifelong resident of the greater New York City metropolitan area, Nicholas (Nick) Giannatasio secured a Bachelor of Arts in English from the City University of New York before attending Harvard University to earn a Master of Arts in International Relations. As a principal with The Eastern Group, he leads the New York City based, privately managed investment firm in a range of emerging markets. Nick Giannatasio’s specific areas of concentration include currency arbitrage and real estate development in emerging markets in Europe and Asia.

Nicholas Giannatasio also serves as the head varsity football coach at Moore Catholic High School in Staten Island, New York. In his five years in this position, he has led teams to a New York Catholic High School Football League Class A Championship and a New York Catholic High School Football League Class AA2 Championship. In 2018, the New York Giants and Gatorade named Nick Giannatasio a “High School Football Coach of the Week.”
