As a Customer Champion at Zapier, my job goes far beyond simply knowing how Zapier itself works. In addition to providing technical support and assisting with advanced workflows, I’ve also got in-depth experience with hundreds of other web apps. It’s one of my favorite aspects of the job!

One of my major strengths is coming up with workflows and workarounds, to solve complex business problems. If it isn’t immediately obvious how to accomplish something, I persevere until I either find a solution or determine that something isn’t possible. And most times, I’m able to find a way to get it done.

Beyond my role at Zapier I enjoy web design (primarily using WordPress), writing (published in various online publications) and creating online courses/templates to help others with their WordPress needs.
