Nicole Junkermann is a London-based international investor and entrepreneur.

Nicole is the founder of NJF Holdings through which she oversees business interests in private equity, venture capital, and real estate.

Taking advantage of her own successful experience as an entrepreneur in leading businesses shaped and defined by technology and innovation, Nicole actively oversees a venture capital portfolio – through NJF Capital – which consists of over 30 early-stage companies, largely across Europe and the US. Nicole remains passionate to support driven and talented entrepreneurs with the potential to shape and define their industries.

Throughout her career, Nicole has always sought to identify companies which are ahead of the market in transformative sectors such as healthcare, fintech, deep tech, or those boldly taking on the challenges facing today’s modern world in fields such as biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and climate change.
