Tom and Nicole are originally from Long Island, New York and came to the Grand Strand as full time residents in 2013 after many years of vacationing here.

As the owners of residential properties in the area, they are immersed both personally and professionally in Real Estate, and understand the needs of Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants alike.

Before earning their salesperson’s licenses they have enjoyed a combined 38 year career in new home construction, design and sales, and have owned their own business specializing in Emergency Service Communications.

Their past professional experience has given them an appreciation for excellence, persistence and integrity. They now look forward to providing their clients exceptional service with the utmost attention to detail no matter what the scope of a project or client need.
