A longtime resident of the greater Chicago area, Omolara Ayegbusi attended nursing school at Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois, where she maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA and gained admittance to the Phi Beta Kappa Society academic honor society. After earning her bachelor of science in 2016, she found employment with Presence Fox Knoll. Throughout her 4 years working with this Aurora-based retirement community, Omolara Ayegbusi led other nurses as both a nurse supervisor and director of nursing.

Ms. Ayegbusi currently serves as a night supervisor with the Citadel of Elgin in the nearby city of Elgin, Illinois. Over the past 3 years, she has coordinated nursing operations at the Citadel of Elgin with a focus on teamwork and productivity.

Omolara Ayegbusi concurrently works as a registered nurse with the Aurora assisted living facility Symphony of Orchard Valley. She also serves this facility as a pro re nata geriatrics nurse.
