Orange is a Virtual Assistant who is always acquiring new skills and honing her existing ones to the best of her abilities.

She also completed Virtual Assistance training, which helped her develop her skills in areas such as web management, email management, and basic graphic design/video editing.  She also just finished an in-depth course for Social Media Management, during which she learned about several areas of social media, including the various platforms utilized, tools,  the fundamentals of social media marketing, and the various techniques used for sponsored and organic growth.

She has been employed as a Virtual Marketing Assistant for about two years. Data harvesting/purging, database maintenance, web research, WordPress management, setting up email campaign/automation and lead generating are some of her responsibilities.

She believes that it's not all about hard skills because hard skills can be adapted from time to time and that soft skills are much more critical.
