Ori Tal is a Cocoa Beach, Florida, entrepreneur who leverages more than a decade of real estate experience as head of ESO Equity Group, LLC. The commercial property holding company maintains interest in a range of subsidiary firms focused on various development projects. Ori Tal oversees all aspects of transactions that involve sole ownership and investment partnerships, and manages residential and commercial rental communities.

Mr. Tal has improved numerous properties and brought several from occupancy rates of 20 percent up to 90 percent occupancy or higher in just two years. He has guided structural as well as external improvements that ensured the properties were highly marketable. In total, his firm has undertaken the rehabilitation of more than 1000 condominiums spanning Central Florida that ranged from single units to major complexes.

Mr. Tal attended Haifa University in Israel and completed degrees in law and business economics. He also served as an Israel Defense Forces officer and graduated first in his class. Prior to moving to Florida, Ori Tal held professional responsibilities with a Tel Aviv business law practice.
