We are a London-based events equipment, full bar and BBQ service hire, offering complete beer service, full cocktail bar services and BBQs catering services for all occasions. Our proximity to the Canary Wharf and Excel Exhibition Center makes us an ideal caterer for any events held at these attractive venues. We have hosted events throughout London, as well as other nearby townships, e.g. Brighton, Berkshire, Cambridge, Essex, and Kent. If the conditions are agreeable, we are prepared to travel to anywhere within the UK and Europe!

PartyTools was initially established in 2012, under the name of Vibars. We initially focused on offering bar and beer services. As our company expanded and our menu of services broadened, we decided to rename ourselves in 2012. Since then, we have enlisted great chefs to allow us to provide BBQ catering to private events, weddings and office parties.

Our clients have enthusiastically received our services at their events, regardless of scale. We have catered for small private parties that involved less than 10 people, as well as large corporate events that involved crowds of over 500 people. We can easily adapt to your event’s level of formality, and have pleased the guests and employees of companies from Facebook to Bentley.
