An experienced logistics and distribution professional, Patrick Pristas holds a master of business administration degree with a concentration in logistics, materials, and supply chain management from the University of Arkansas. He is also a Six Sigma green belt through Cintas Document Management. Patrick Pristas got his professional start in the logistics field as a management trainee and then a project and operations manager with Cintas.

Mr. Pristas has worked for Walmart since 2015, when he began developing lean processes as an area manager in Searcy, Arkansas. Optimizing operations in several sectors of Walmart’s Searcy facility, he facilitated a 6 percent increase in overall production.

For the past year, he has served Walmart as a logistics load manager in the Columbus suburb of Grove City, Ohio. This position places Patrick Pristas in charge of a logistics network that spans the Eastern United States. Managing transportation fleet and vendor schedules, he moves fright with a dual emphasis on safety and cost efficiency.
