Patrick Ryan is a former Village of Homewood and Lake in the Hills employee who has held responsibilities with the Batista Group as vice president for the past 7 years. As an independent contractor, a focus for Patrick Ryan is on rehabilitating and bio-remediating brown-sites in ways that meet environmental concerns.

Mr. Ryan’s range of project involvement spans multi-family and single housing developments. He coordinates closely with homeowner groups, as well as local and state regulatory commissions.

Previously serving as public works director with the City of Berwyn in Illinois, Mr. Ryan managed a team that specialized in ensuring the integrity of village infrastructure. His scope of responsibilities included maintaining water pumping and distribution capacities, as well as sanitary sewer collection and storm water systems. He also managed work on rights-of-way and roadways that ensured seamless local transportation infrastructure was in place.

Previously certified as an arborist, Mr. Ryan is a longtime member of the International Society of Arboriculture who stays active with the Illinois City Management Agency.
