A real estate professional with over two decades of experience in the Denver area, Patrick Finney founded his current company, FINN Real Estate, in 2012. The recipient of the 5280 Five Star Agent Award seven times in a row, he provides independent boutique brokerage service for residential real estate. Throughout his career, Patrick Finney has worked with a diverse range of properties from lofts and condos to single family homes.

Patrick Finney has also sometimes turned to old-school methods to help his clients. When the Denver area's real estate market had more buyers than sellers, he recommended his clients write letters to the homeowners regarding why they wished to purchase the house, thereby adding a personal touch to put them ahead of the other offers made. He then hand-delivered the letters.

Alongside his career, Patrick Finney has contributed to numerous charities in the Denver metro area and across the nation. These include Brent's Place, Cystic Fibrosis, Joshua Station, the Leukemia Society, and the MS Society.
