An experienced healthcare administrator, Paul Generale has held several executive positions with the Catholic healthcare system CHRISTUS Health. Prior to his current role at the company’s headquarters in Irving, Texas, Paul Generale has worked at CHRISTUS Health hospitals and offices in Dallas, Texas, and Santa Fe, New Mexico.

He transferred to the Irving office in 2011 to serve as the senior vice president of financial operations and ambulatory services. After five years of guiding the company’s expansion and financials, Generale was appointed to his current role as the executive vice president and chief strategy and network officer. His responsibilities include overseeing various areas of the firm, such as physician enterprise and post-acute care services. As a result of his dedication to financial management excellence in the healthcare industry, he earned recognition as one of the top chief financial officers in the country from Becker's Hospital Review’s top 150 hospital and health system chief financial officers.

Outside of his work in the healthcare field, Paul Generale has previously belonged to the Santa Fe Children’s Museum and sat on the board of a private elementary school in Santa Fe. He is a resident of Dallas.
