Having worked with Lifetime Fitness for 19 years, Paul Michael Russo held multiple roles with the company. Initially serving as a certified personal trainer, Paul Michael Russo eventually became the firm’s senior area director in 2016 and held the role for four years.

In the position, he opened five new locations across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, bringing Lifetime’s sites in the region to nine. Mr. Russo also led these facilities to surpass revenue targets by over $2 million.

In addition, he led his team to have a net promoter score of 55 percent, the highest in the company. As a result of his work, Paul Michael Russo received several awards, including the Lifetime Artistry Award.

Through the organization, he was involved in multiple charitable initiatives. For example, he helped raise over $180,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Mr. Russo and his team led efforts to raise funds for the hospital's Ride for a Reason event.

Before joining the firm he attended Northern Illinois University, graduating in 2000 with a bachelor of arts in communications.
