Recognized by Hartford Magazine as one of the 50 most influential people in the region, Paul (Paolo) Mozzicato has served as a co-owner and co-principal of two prominent businesses in Hartford, Connecticut, since 1999. Paul Mozzicato’s leadership role at his real estate firm includes serving as a project manager and a leasing coordinator for multiple apartment buildings and retail centers. He also spearheads general contracting operations for new construction efforts and tenant build-outs.

In addition to his real estate endeavors, Mr. Mozzicato manages an Italian bakery that bears his name. Under his management, the bakery has received multiple “Best Bakery in Connecticut” designations from both Connecticut Magazine and the Hartford Advocate.

Outside of work, Mr. Mozzicato is an avid reader. Particularly fond of books that examine the human condition, he lists The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand and Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell among his favorites.
