As chairman and chief executive officer of Beowulf Energy LLC, Paul Prager oversees the acquisition, development, and management of energy facilities across the world. He guides a portfolio that includes offices in Germany, Turkey, and the United States, as well as in Trinidad and Tobago. Seeking out opportunities in a variety of forms of energy, including thermal energy and renewables as well as oil and gas, Paul Prager leverages a bottom-up investing strategy and selective capital expenditure to mitigate risk and prioritize optimization of value.

Paul Prager comes to his work with more than 30 years of industry experience. He began working in the energy sector in 1985, when he founded the crude physical and derivatives trading company Davco Oil. After leading the company as its managing director for two years, he took on the role of chief executive officer for the natural gas trading and distribution company Direct Gas. Three years later, he turned his attention fully to facility construction and development.

In his free time, Paul Prager serves as a member of the board of the United States Naval Academy Foundation. He also serves on the academy's Campaign Committee and its Joint Investment Committee, having received his own undergraduate degree from that institution in 1980. He went on to serve for five years in active duty before entering the private sector.
