Drawing on his physical therapy experience, Paul Wasser has spent over a decade in leadership roles with healthcare organizations. As the chief executive officer and president of Healthcare Operations & Advisory Services of New York, Paul Wasser is responsible for maintaining and improving the revenue collection process.

Working with the patient financial services division, he is involved in write-off prevention and denials management, among other areas. His duties also extend to training new representatives in process management. Since starting the role, Mr. Wasser has developed relationships with chief financial officers, among other leadership, at payers. In doing so, he has helped to improve cash flow.

He is also involved in succession planning and professional development programs to help meet operational goals. Augmenting his work with the facility, he is a member of the New York State Center for Assisted Living, among other professional organizations.

To enhance his professional abilities, Paul Wasser pursued a bachelor of science in health administration at St. Joseph's College. He went on to earn a master of business administration in healthcare management from Dowling College, graduating in 2011.
