Peter Eidelman is a business consultant with over three decades of experience in leadership roles across several industries. Before launching his private business, Peter Eidelman was a consultant with the California-based FLG Partners, through which he provided executive and financial management services to clients.
While there, Mr. Eidelman worked with numerous companies, including an enterprise sales-as-a-service (SaaS) business, which he took from suffering annual losses to profitability, increasing its annual revenues by 35 percent. He also developed expertise working with clients in the healthcare and technology SaaS industries.
Peter Eidelman also holds experience with a DMGT portfolio company, an enterprise software platform focused on the insurance industry, where he worked for three years. While in charge of the company’s enterprise services, he partnered with management to help improve overall profitability, and assisted in the implementation of objectives and key results (OKR's) to improve alignment and transparency.
Alongside being an avid coin collector in his free time, Mr. Eidelman enjoys freshwater fishing. He holds a bachelor of arts in accounting and business administration alongside post graduate studies in taxation and business, which he earned in 1988 and 1991, respectively.
