A knowledgeable and experienced counterterrorism law enforcement executive and attorney, Phil Pulaski retired from the New York Police Department (NYPD) in 2014 as chief of detectives. Over the course of his more than 33-year career with NYPD, he held positions as commanding officer of the FBI / NYPD Joint Terrorism Task Force, Counterterrorism Bureau and Intelligence Division.
Phil Pulaski also served as commanding Officer of the NYPD’s Forensic Investigations Division that was comprised of the Police Laboratory, Bomb Squad, Crime Scene Unit, Latent Print Section, Forensic Artist Unit and DNA Liaison Unit. Since retiring from the NYPD, he has remained active in Forensic Science through his work with the US Department of Justice National Commission on Forensic Science and the International Association of Chiefs of Police Forensic Committee. While practicing law with the NYPD, Phil Pulaski gained admittance to appear before multiple federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. During December 2017, Phil Pulaski will receive a master of laws (LLM) advanced law degree from Touro Law School in Central Islip, New York.
