Philip Vinogradov is a Clark University graduate who holds a bachelor of science in biology, which he earned in 1992. After receiving the degree, Philip Vinogradov attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he earned a master’s degree in wildlife biology.
After graduating, Mr. Vinogradov began a career in education, initially serving as a science coordinator and teacher at Charles River School. In the subsequent five years, he coordinated the science curriculum while also developing a constructivist science program covering kindergarten to twelfth grade.
Philip Vinogradov also holds a decade of experience as the director of the 21st-century learning lab with the Centennial School District, where he was an instructional technology specialist. In the roles, he focused on increasing literacy in the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields.
Since 2015, he has been the Upper Dublin School District’s director of technology and innovation. The position makes him responsible for overseeing transformative teaching through instructional and information technology.
