An alumnus of Saint Xavier University in Chicago, Illinois, Phillip Kwilose studied business and achieved a magna cum laude distinction upon graduation. He joined the metal fabricator and distributor Central Steel and Wire Company in 2002 as an outside sales representative. For the next 12 years, Phillip Kwilose managed different accounts and grew the company’s territory. In 2014, he took on a role as general manager at Five Star Home Improvement in Coralville, Iowa.

At Five Star Home Improvement, Phillip Kwilose oversees the sales department and is responsible for growing the sales volume of the company each year. He achieves this by conducting client calls and offering the company’s diverse range of services, including roofing as well as window, siding, insulation, and gutter installation. As a general manager, he is at the front line of a company that has been providing guaranteed customer satisfaction for over half a century, and been hand-selected as a Platinum Preferred Contractor by Owens Corning.
