Before retiring in Vero Beach, Florida, Quinton Oswald played a leading role in the development and launch of pharmaceuticals and medical devices to benefit patients and physicians in the field of ophthalmology. As a senior executive with Bristol-Myers Squibb, he has overseen Asian, Middle Eastern, African, Latin American, and Canadian operations for its Worldwide Medicines Group. Quinton Oswald's other career highlights include serving as president and chief executive officer of Neurotech, an encapsulated cell technology company with a concentration on using extended release proteins and peptides to treat eye disease.

Mr. Oswald most recently served as chief executive officer for the early commercial stage ophthalmology diagnostic and monitoring platform Notal Vision. From 2016 to 2018, he prepared Notal Vision for a nationwide launch following targeted regional testing in nine key markets.

Since retiring, Mr. Oswald has had more time to travel and play golf. He is also an avid contract bridge player.
